The most magnificent beauty and value of statistics for me stem from its role in collaborative cross-disciplinary research. Statistics is at its best when theory and methods are connected to real problems. I have engaged in many scholarly/creative activities. I have worked in different areas of statistics. Mainly, I focused on statistics education, lifetime data, and sports statistics.

Pradip is an undergraduate student majoring in computer science and mathematics at TROY. He is planning to graduate in December of 2020 and to pursue graduate studies in statistics and data science field. He is implementing the Lifetime Performance Index of Products with Compound Rayleigh distribution.
Yuting is an undergraduate student at TROY. She major in mathematics and minor in statistics. She is panning to graduate graduate in May 2021 and go to graduate school for further study of Statistics. Yuting is currently working on Stress-Strength model.
Morgan Pridgen is a senior at TROY, graduating in Spring 2022 with a double major in Computer Science and Mathematics and a minor in Statistics. He is working on Lomax distibution and type I lifetime data.
Yixuan ia studying her bachelor's degree in Financial Economics. She will graduate in the spring of 2021. She is planning get into Ph.D.
