The Computer Science club meets weekly in MSCX room 126 at 3:45pm. We use this time to practice our skills, plan for upcoming events, and just have a good time. Come join us!
CGI
Networking is a key component when searching for jobs. Come and join us on September 19th at 3:45pm in MSCX room 114 to meet and network with CGI. CGI is one of the leading employers of Troy University CS graduates. Get your name on their table early!
We hope to go to at least one Hackathon during the Fall semester of 2017. We will discuss this during our meetings, but let us know if you're interested and which one you would prefer to attend!
A staple of CS club is our university-wide game nights. We join together to play video game hits such as FIFA and Smash Bros. This year we also plan to include games like Ultimate Chicken Horse and Speedrunners. For those that prefer a more physical style of play, we are going to have board games like Catan and 7 Wonders.
Have you ever designed a game before? Have you ever wanted to? Have you never thought about it before, but now it kind of sounds interesting? The CS club is planning on sponsoring a game design competition this semester! Come to the meetings to find out more!
