Summary

Since 1993, I participated at 28 international conferences (12 as invited speaker), obtained 8 grants of National Science Foundation of Italy (CNR), 4 grants of National Science Foundation of Germany (Volkswagen Stiftung, DAAD, DFG, DFG), 2 grants of National Research Council of USA (via Georgia State University and University of Illinois), won a Cariplo Fellowship (Polytechnic Institute of Milan, Italy), 10 research grants of Troy University (USA), and was invited as a Visiting Professor at the University of Illinois (Urbana-Champaign, USA), University of Toronto (Canada), University of Catania (Italy), University of Delaware (USA), the Visiting Scientist at McMaster University (Hamilton, Canada), Wilfrid Laurier University (Waterloo, Canada), and the Visiting Member at Fields Institute (Toronto, Canada).

I gave talks in Germany (Duisburg, Dresden, Potsdam, Freiberg, Aachen), France (Marseille), Malta (La Valetta), Holland (Enschede), Hungary (Budapest), Poland (Zielona Gora), Romania (Constantsa), Ukraine (Odessa), Moldova (Kishinev).

In Italy I gave talks in Milan, Rome, Naples, Catania, Messina, Montesilvano, Capomulini, D'Aquila, Costermano.

In USA I gave talks in Kent (Ohio), San Diego (California), Urbana-Champaign (Illinois), Newark (Delaware), Boca-Raton (Florida), Atlanta (Georgia), Dahlonega (Georgia), Murfreesboro (Tennessee), Huntsville (Alabama), Rutgers (New Jersey), Dothan (Alabama), Birmingham (Alabama), Auburn (Alabama), Jacksonville (Alabama), and Troy (Alabama).
