Creating Lists Using Dreamweaver 2004

Perhaps the easiest way to build lists using Dreamweaver is to enter the individual items you plan to display in lists. At the end of each item you would depress the ENTER key. You then select the entire list by dragging the mouse through the entire list. You should then select the type of list you want to use by clicking on the unordered list button or the ordered list button in the Properties Box.

Depending on which button you select, you will see one of these two lists:

Unordered list Ordered List
  • Apples
  • Pears
  • Bananas
  1. Apples
  2. Pears
  3. Bananas

The identical buttons are used in Microsoft Office. If you are familar with the Office suite, you are familar with the Dreamweaver buttons too!
