Book Talk:  A Difficult Par:  Robert Trent Jones, Sr. and the Making of Modern Golf

Dr. James R. Hansen, Auburn University professor of history, won the USGA's Herbert Warren Wind Award in 2014 for his biography of Robert Trent Jones.

Professor Hansen will discuss Jones, the work of designing golf courses, and the emergence of modern sports and leisure. 
This event is FREE and open to the public.

Dr. Hansen will have copies of A Difficult Par for sale, and will be available for autographs.
