RAD is a program of realistic, self-defense tactics and techniques specifically designed for women.   The training provides a comprehensive course for women that begins with awareness, prevention, risk reduction and avoidance, while progressing on to the basics of hands-on defense training. The program is taught by local law enforcement officers and TSU personnel certified in
RAD Training.

This event provides the students, faculty and staff of Troy University with the unique opportunity to take a public stand against sexual assault and domestic violence. The event features a large display board along with hand paint for participants to pledge their support for a violence-free campus by placing their hand print on the board.
